I began my career as a software engineer, where I learned to think in systems, identify root causes, and understand how individual parts influence overall performance. Today, I apply that same systems-thinking mindset to operational strategy, helping founder-led businesses strengthen execution, develop leadership capacity, and build operating environments that support profitable, sustainable growth.
When it aligns with a client's goals, I also identify opportunities where technology, automation, and AI can improve operational performance, increase organizational capacity, and support better decision-making. Technology is never the strategy. It is one of many tools used to strengthen how a business operates.
